Club Access Code:
All visitors will be sent an access code which they are to use at the gate upon arrival. Please follow instructions sent be prepared to produce a driver’s license / ID which will be scanned to allow access into the club.

Registration
There is normally a team member ready to welcome you at the golfers entrance. Green fee payment and registration on arrival takes place in the Pro shop.

Locker Room Access:
Please use your same Club Gate Access code for entry to the locker-room. If you have any challenges please speak to the Pro Shop or Main Reception.

Locker Availability for the day:
Please speak to the locker-room attendant who can organize a locker use for the day.

Carts/Caddies:
The course is a very friendly walking course. We do however have  40 golf carts – booking is essential to avoid disappointment. Our pro-shop also offers various push carts options for rental.
We also have over 70 good caddies. There is a Caddy Fee payable at registration that covers the caddies halfway and some benefits. Please confirm with the golf office what the minimum caddy fee is.

Highly-rated BCC Pro Shop
Our Pro Shop offers an incredible selection of golfing merchandise, friendly and professional advice and club hire should you require it. It certainly is worth allowing time to browse through their offering .

Pace Of Play:
A good pace of play is a very important part of the Bryanston experience , our pace of play is 2 hours 10 minutes for 9 holes and 10 minutes for halfway house, this makes a round of golf at our course 4 hours 30 minutes maximum. We do request all groups to keep up with the 4 ball ahead to ensure a good flow for golf. Should you be out of place the golfer’s assistants may request you to speed up.

Range Use:
Our practice facilities are reserved for members and guests booked to play.  Included in your guest green fee is a complimentary range bucket for warm up . The pro-shop will issue you a voucher which you can redeem at the driving range. We have two large putting greens and a chipping area. You may also want to check out our world-class Titleist and My Golf Pro Fitment centres and Teaching Academy whilst at the Club.

Dress Code :
All golfers are expected to dress in recognized golf attire when playing at BCC. If you are unsure please see link below.

Food and Beverage:
We welcome you to take advantage of our magnificent catering options when playing at BCC. Our extensive Terrace menu and friendly service offers a great variety of pre-and post-game dining options. If you would like to enhance your experience with a more formal lunch or dinner please reserve a table before teeing off.
There is a compulsory stop for Halfway House after 9 holes. Enjoy the great selection in your 10 minute time allocation. On most days and particularly in hot weather a drinks cart will quench your on-course thirst.

Cancellation policy:
Our cancellation period for during the week is 48 hours and over the weekends 96 hours. If wanting to cancel after this time limit will result in the full payment of green fees.

Car Wash:
We have a great car wash facility which all golfers and members can make use of whilst out playing.
