IMPORTANT TO KNOW
 

• Members are required to carry their membership cards at all times while
• at the Club.
• Cards are non-transferable, and guests may not use a member’s card. Members must accompany their guests at all times.
• No Firearms are allowed on the property.

TERRACE RESTAURANT & BAR POLICY

• No laptops and other devices are allowed in The Terrace Restaurant. Laptops and other devices are permitted inside the bar until 4 PM. Teams, zoom and other voice-calls may only be taken outside, always with due regard for other members around you.
• Children under 12 are not permitted in the bar after 5 PM. No bikes, scooters, hover-boards etc. are permitted.
• Smoking will only be permitted in specially designated areas away from doorways.
• No dogs permitted on the premises except service dogs.

GUEST POLICY

• Immediate family are allowed to visit the club as often as they want with the member present or on the property.
• Members may invite guests no more than three times in a calendar month.
• The same guest invited more than twice a month would be considered excessive.
• Visiting golfers would be permitted to play three times a month without a member provided they are booked in advance and within golf booking rules.
• There is no limit (within limitations of venue) to the number of guests that a member may invite provided the appropriate booking has been made in advance.
• The same guest cannot be invited by other members to bypass the above limits.
• Function guests invited to any organised functions are permitted unlimited invitations and will have access with a valid guest code – to their specific venue only.
• Non-members who have a pre-booked lesson for any sporting activity are permitted access to the club in order to have the lesson Unaccompanied guests that don’t fall into above categories will not be permitted to enter the Club unless by management approval in advance.
