THE BACKGROUND
The Bryanston Country Club is constitutionally organised such that its Members hold the rights to control the Club and, through delegation to volunteer committees, to run the Club on a day to day basis. In reality, the Club is heavily reliant on the community of Members acting in harmony with each other, its committees and staff to achieve a pleasant and progressive environment. The viability of the Club is also dependent on substantial usage by corporate and other guests, whose separate needs require members’ understanding and a commensurate allocation of the Club’s resources. In this sense, our Club when operating at its best, is an inclusive blend of all of the abovementioned stakeholders. |

- Expectations of Members and guests will be met - Our Club will ensure that it understands the requirements of its Members and will continually review its offerings and service standards to ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded. Likewise, all corporate and individuals guests are regarded as members for the day and their satisfaction is important.
